With over 34 years of experience in drug development, Kourosh has a proven track record in leading Clinical Pharmacology organizations through early and late-stage development, resulting in more than 20 successful global product launches. Before joining Latigo, he spent two years as a Clinical Pharmacology consultant for various biotech companies, guiding early development programs across multiple therapeutic areas. Previously, Kourosh served as the global head of Clinical Pharmacology at Pfizer Oncology for 20 years, where he oversaw the successful submission and registration of 14 oncology new molecular entities (NMEs), including Sutent, Ibrance, Xalkori, and Inlyta. Earlier in his career, he led the Clinical Pharmacology organization at Pharmacia, contributing to the market introduction of Celebrex and Detrol. Kourosh holds an MSc in Pharmacy from the Biomedical Center at Uppsala University, Sweden, and completed his Fellowship in Clinical Pharmacology/Pharmacokinetics at the University of California, San Francisco (UCSF).
