Cynthia Voong is a Clinical Operations leader with more than 20 years of experience in the biopharmaceutical industry. She has successfully guided numerous new IND filings and has extensive expertise in leading clinical programs from First-In-Human (FIH) Phase 1 through Phase 3 trials. For the past decade, she has held leadership positions in small biotech firms, where she has built high-performing clinical operations teams and infrastructure to support rapid program growth. Before joining Latigo, Cynthia served as Head of Clinical Operations at Kinnate Biopharma, overseeing early-stage global oncology programs. Her previous experience includes roles in clinical development operations at Gritstone Bio, Clovis Oncology, Nektar, Cell Genesys, and Aviron, where she managed programs in oncology, immunology, and infectious diseases. Cynthia earned her BA in Molecular and Cell Biology from the University of California, Berkeley.
