Tim serves as vice president and head of government affairs at Latigo Biotherapeutics, where he leads the company’s engagement with federal and state policymakers. Tim brings more than 20 years of experience shaping legislative and regulatory outcomes for biopharmaceutical companies.

Prior to Latigo, Tim was the head of state affairs at Ferring Pharmaceuticals, where he led legislative strategy across the U.S., focusing on expanding access to in vitro fertilization, securing several significant expansions, most recently in California. Earlier in his career, Tim established the government affairs function at Neurocrine Biosciences, and held senior government affairs, policy and patient advocacy roles at Eisai and Sanofi.

Tim holds a B.A. in Public Administration from the College of New Jersey.
